Meet Tom Willy
Tom is known for promptly responding to his clients’ legal needs and providing both practical and creative solutions.
He works closely with businesses and nonprofit organizations on organizational governance charitable solicitation issues, commercial real estate acquisitions, financing transactions, trademarks, and the purchase and sale of assets. Additionally, he has expertise in nonprofit tax issues and intellectual property protection.
Tom has held a wide variety of leadership roles. He served as a commissioned Officer and missile combat crew commander in the U.S. Air Force, volunteers on the boards of several civic organizations, and has served as President of the Van Osdol law firm. In Law School at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, Tom served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review and graduated first in his class.
He has been recognized in Who’s Who in American Law. Tom has also been rated as an AV Preeminent Lawyer by his peers for the past 35 years.
