Meet Roman Panickar

Roman joined the firm in 2025 as an Associate Attorney, bringing with him a wealth of litigation experience in state and federal court.  His practice focuses on contract and commercial litigation, where he excels in navigating complex legal issues and delivering clear, concise advice to his clients.

Roman has a proven track record in handling commercial disputes, including breach of contract, business torts, and shareholder conflicts.  His meticulous and pragmatic approach has led to favorable outcomes for both businesses and individuals.  Additionally, Roman has experience litigating cases involving various forms of employment discrimination, as well as catastrophic personal injury cases and intellectual property disputes.  Clients consistently commend Roman for his diligence and attention to detail.

During his time at law school, Roman served as an Articles Editor for the Kansas Journal of Law & Public Policy, and as a Research Assistant to Professor Michael H. Hoeflich.
