Meet Tony Gosserand

Tony specializes in general civil litigation with an emphasis in contract and commercial litigation. He also has significant experience in litigating condemnation cases involving the governmental use of eminent domain. He often advises clients on the formation of business entities and their operations.

Tony is a member of both the Missouri and Kansas Bars and over the last 25 years, has gained expertise in litigating matters in both states’ courts as well as in the Federal Courts of those jurisdictions. He has also had extensive experience in the appellate courts of both states as well as appellate experience in the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. Tony has first chaired numerous jury trials and an even greater number of cases tried to courts. He is also adept with cases referred to mandatory arbitration.

As a law student, Tony was a member of the UMKC Law Review and was the Student Editor-in-Chief of the Urban Lawyer.
