Chris Brown’s competitive BBQ team wrapped up 2013 with some notable wins in its pocket. The team took Grand Champion at Rockhurst High School’s inaugural Kelly Wilson Memorial BBQ Competition; finished twelfth place Overall with a second place Brisket turn-in at the Great Lenexa BBQ Battle; and while guest smoking for Panic BBQ at the American Royal World Series of BBQ, finished in the top-third of all Brisket turn-ins. The team looks forward to cooling off this winter and then heating up the smokers again next spring.
