He has extensive experience in tax, corporate and business law and estate planning. His knowledge of limited liability companies, S-corporations, partnerships, not-for-profit companies and wills and trusts provides a broad base of expertise and experience in representing his clients. In addition, he has developed a niche expertise in liquor licensing and liquor laws and regulations in both Missouri and Kansas. Kent prides himself on providing excellent, timely service to his clients and he has been recognized previously as a Super Lawyer. He is a member of the Estate Planning Society of Kansas City and the Missouri and Kansas Bar associations.
