Super Lawyers
Super Lawyers annually recognizes attorneys who have been nominated by their peers as the top 5 percent of all lawyers in Missouri and Kansas. For 2013, Van Osdol & Magruder, P.C. is honored to have 11 of its 15 lawyers recognized by Super Lawyers. Bob Beachy, Tom Willy, Tom Bradshaw, Cheryl Boushka, Tony Gosserand and Shawn Stogsdill were awarded Super Lawyer status this year. In addition, Mindy Ward, Paul Himmelstein, David Kim, Anne-Linton Pond Hendrickson and Chris Brown were selected as Rising Stars, the category for younger lawyers. Beachy was named one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Missouri.
Best Of The Bar
In a recent edition of the Kansas City Business Journal , Tom Bradshaw was again selected Best of the Bar in the Criminal Defense category by another lawyer based rating of Kansas City Lawyers.

The firm has continued its many year designation as an AV Preeminent Law Firm, which is the highest designation by Martindale Hubbell, the leading industry rating authority in the country. Many of our lawyers obtained the same rating individually.
