Chris Brown has been nominated for “Service Provider of the Year” by Silicon Prairie News. The Silicon Prairie Awards recognizes outstanding products, strong leadership and noteworthy contributions to the multi-state community over the past year. Brown is one of four finalists for the award which, will be announced at the awards ceremony. The attorneys at Van Osdol & Magruder are proud that Brown has been recognized for his extraordinary work in promoting entrepreneurs in the Kansas City area.

 About Chris Brown: Chris Brown’s primary focus is representing entrepreneurs, startups, and small businesses in the Kansas City area.  He regularly counsels clients on matters such as business formation, protection and licensing of intellectual property, contract law, real estate transactions, and equity financing.
