Cheryl Boushka, a well-known estate planning attorney and partner of Van Osdol & Magruder, commemorated her family’s proud military history in an article of the spring 2013 issue of the U.S. Armed Forces Command and General Staff College Foundation News.
Ms. Boushka dedicated authored and dedicated the article to her grandfather, Justice Roger T. Cook, who served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. The article, entitled “Planning Your Legacy: 2013,” is a helpful explanation of federal estate and gift tax laws for senior military officers.
