Van Osdol & Magruder Reviews Mass Exodus of Baby Boomers from Workforce & Legal, Business Transition and Estate Planning

Pew Research Center has recently announced findings which suggest startling statistics and possibilities for the next 20 years, spurred by the nation’s Baby Boomer generation. Van Osdol & Magruder analyzed the numbers and the likely impact.

According to the research, 10,000 Baby Boomers will hit the age of 65 every day between 2011 and 2030. That means the number of people who need business transition planning or estate planning legal services will likely increase dramatically over that period.

The Biggest Little Law Firm® in Kansas City, Mo., has been preparing for this phenomenon for years. The firm is fundamentally focused on business and estate-planning, with most of the lawyers committed to estate planning and business law. Five lawyers have Masters of Law degrees in either business or tax law; seven belong to the Estate Planning Society of Greater Kansas City; and Super Lawyers Magazine has recognized nine.
