The right of Americans to vote is set forth in the Constitution and its 27 Amendments, regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, profession, socio-economic status, etc. Millions of Americans eligible to vote will not participate in the upcoming Presidential election for a variety of reasons. Some will lack transportation to and from the voting stations. Some will not know how to read a ballot. Some will not want to vote. Yet others will decide that a single vote will simply not matter.
