On October 13, 2010, Van Osdol & Magruder, P.C. Associate Anne-Linton Pond Hendrickson was announced as the recipient of the Kansas City Legal Secretaries Association (KCLSA) Boss of the Year Award at the organization’s Annual Bosses’ Night Celebration.
The requirements for the award are determined by members of the Association based on, including, but not limited to, legal background, participation in community activities, associations belonged to and the relationship with the member nominating them. It is an honor awarded only to those in the legal community who work well with others and show an appreciation to their support staff over and above what is expected. It is truly a badge of honor to the recipient as it indicates not only their dedication to the legal field in our community, but the relationship they enjoy with their secretary.
